Outstation Patients

Many of the patients treated at BabiesAndUs fertility IVF ICSI centre are from out-of-Mumbai. Most of these patients come for a preliminary consultation to Mumbai. During this preliminary consultation they are examined and if necessary investigations are carried out. These patients are also subjected to Laproscopy cum Hysteroscopy if necessary. Based on these findings a decision is taken as to what treatment has to be carried out i.e. either IUI or IVF or ICSI or egg donation. Accordingly the patient is given instructions about the medication and sent back home. In the subsequent month the patient starts the treatment in her home town and halfway through the treatment she comes to Mumbai for the process of IVF or ICSI. Her stay in Mumbai is thus reduced to 8-10 days.

For those patients coming from other metro cities in India, nearly 2/3 part of the treatment is carried out in her home town under our instructions by a local gynaecologist. The patient then comes to Mumbai for the process of IVF or ICSI. Her stay in Mumbai is thus reduced to 4-6 days. By minimizing the stay of the patient in Mumbai, the inconvenience to the patient in terms of time & money spent is reduced.
